Kelly is passionate about supporting people and organizations to live and love more authentically – to move toward a better version of themselves so they can make their mark on the world. She is masterful at relating concepts across her various life experiences, which allows her to connect with and support audiences from all walks of life.
Rev. Kelly Isola is a one-of-a-kind force of nature, a genius with words, a brilliant thinker, and a professional excavator of individual and collective souls. She also masquerades as a consultant, teacher, author and transformative mentor.
She shares her passion for living the two-fold path of an engaged spiritual life – embracing the inner path of wisdom, as well as demonstrating the outer path of compassionate service in order to experience healing and transformation through the wholeness of the human experience.
Kelly is a citizen of the world, having spent her life visiting and residing in many countries, including the Middle East, Africa and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Archaeology, as well as a Master of Divinity, and draws from these rich and varied sources in her numerous forms of ministerial work. Because she grew up around the globe, she was exposed to other cultures and religions at a young age. This showed her the need for greater understanding between faiths, and their inherent oneness.
As an ordained Unity minister, she is a master at creating transformative retreats, rituals, ceremonies, alternative services using music, storytelling, laughter, tears and meditation as catalysts for spiritual transformation. She also facilitates board trainings and leadership development workshops and retreats. Kelly is sought after as a captivating, funny, inspiring and charismatic speaker and teacher. Kelly partners with faith communities and non-profit organizations to move through times of change efficiently, effectively and with sustainable results.
Rev. Kelly Isola is Certified Master in Polarity Thinking™ and is passionate about helping people intentionally leverage the wisdom of polarities and paradox – found in nature and in humanity since the dawn of time – into conscious, active use for the healing and benefit of all people today. She holds several certifications in leading edge models of human and organizational development – focusing on how we create and relate to ourselves, each other and the world – as well as her specialty: the spiritual practice of conflict transformation through embodying paradox and Polarity Thinking™. She is a Unity theologian, and loves sharing her wisdom in the classroom as Adjunct Faculty for Unity Institute & Seminary, and Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute.

She works with individuals, churches, faith-based non-profits and social profit organizations using conflict coaching, mediation, Spiritual Direction, Polarity Thinking™, Nonviolent Communication, Cultural Competency training as well as leadership and organizational development skill building.
